Why We Use Telemetry Technologies
RAKYN leverages telemetry and client storage mechanisms strictly to operate and secure our enterprise intelligence architecture. We utilize these tools specifically to:
- Authenticate corporate workspace sessions and isolate tenant access control policies (RBAC).
- Prevent Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF), brute force attacks, and distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) vectors.
- Remember neural model hyperparameters, interactive canvas docking setups, and theme preferences.
- Collect aggregated, anonymized API roundtrip latency and inference completion telemetry to optimize model pipeline throughput.
Categories of Cookies We Deploy
We group all client-side telemetry into four well-defined categories to maintain full transparency and give our enterprise customers granular control over non-essential data:
Essential & Security Cookies
Essential cookies are indispensable to the core functionality of RAKYN's developer platform and authenticated consoles. They preserve JWT authentication tokens across API requests, manage load balancer stickiness to prevent dropped sessions during high-volume inference, and enforce tenant isolation flags.
Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are mathematically mandatory to uphold zero-trust tenant segregation, mitigate automated replay attacks, and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) credentials.
Performance & Infrastructure Analytics
To ensure high availability and sub-second token generation across our deep neural networks, we analyze aggregated platform behavior. These cookies collect diagnostic metrics including API roundtrip latency, token throughput speeds, page load benchmarks, and platform stability logs.
Under no circumstances do performance telemetry tokens capture user prompt payloads, enterprise source code, model weights, or proprietary training datasets.
Functional & User Preference Storage
Functional cookies enable enhanced workspace personalization and persistent UI configurations across browsing sessions. They store details such as your selected color theme (Light / Dark mode), active project dashboard filter states, collapsible sidebar orientations, and preferred default foundation models (such as ARIA, TORQ, or FORGE).
AI Session & Token State Cookies
Interactive AI consoles require rapid local state management to provide real-time streaming output and prevent UI stutter during complex neural reasoning cycles.
ARIA assistant conversations, in-flight prompt scratchpads, and active code buffers utilize volatile browser session storage that purges immediately upon session termination or manual cache clearing. Prompts are never written to permanent tracking cookies.
Third-Party Integrations & Subprocessors
We partner with enterprise-grade infrastructure providers to secure and monitor our global edge network. These trusted subprocessor services may set telemetry tokens on our behalf, including:
- Cloudflare Edge: Bot management, rate-limiting challenges, and edge firewall verification.
- AWS Edge Routing: Geographic DNS resolution and regional inference cluster failover routing.
- Datadog APM: Real-time latency tracking, infrastructure anomaly detection, and crash trace aggregation.
Notice: RAKYN strictly prohibits third-party advertising tracking networks (such as Meta pixel or Google remarketing scripts) across all authenticated customer workspaces and developer portals.
How to Manage & Withdraw Consent
You have full autonomy over non-essential telemetry. You may customize or withdraw your consent for Performance and Functional storage tokens at any time directly through your account preferences.
Browser Controls & Do Not Track
Most web browsers (Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge) allow you to block or clear cookies via internal browser privacy settings. Additionally, RAKYN honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals transmitted by your browser or operating system.
Please note that blocking essential cookies entirely through browser-level settings may degrade your platform experience or render authenticated developer sessions unavailable.
Policy Updates & Contact Information
We periodically review and update this Cookie Policy to reflect technical platform developments or evolving regulatory requirements. For inquiries regarding our cookie governance or data privacy standards:
